At first I was skeptical, as other products claim to to soften water. However, after trying it, I noticed that the water is a lot softer (I live in Central Texas and the tap water is very hard). I would also recommend this company as the customer service is very responsive.

This water pressure is amazing!!!! I literally have to turn my water facet down or the pressure will be too strong. I ordered black and they sent me silver. I never reached out to ask for the right color but that was annoying
Ordered a new shower head as this one seems to work better with the softener. So far I do enjoy it, and pressure is nice. The one thing I do think this could benefit from is having more nozzle options for the water. Would love to see more than the default 3, as I feel only one of those you’ll actually use in the shower

Great shower head!! best flow I've had in this apartment after replacing with this shower head. It has 3 modes, with a big wide area for a great coverage, and directed jets as well. Looks great! Very good product!

Luckily my tub has a large lip and it fit the system perfectly so it did not have to sit outside the shower itself. Bought the compatible shower head to make it ease with installing but I can see myself somewhere down the road perhaps upgrading to something else. Hair and skin feel very soft! I use less product when using this system

I’ve been using the Soft Water Care System for a little while now, and I’ve already noticed a big difference. Was fairly easy to install. No real complications, it all went together nicely. It was the first solution to make a real difference in the quality of the water. We tried some others but they didn't really make the water less hard.

I needed a filtration/softening system because I recently moved and the new water had some chlorine and hardness that were irritating my skin and hair. I chose this system because it doesn't regeneration as often as other options on the market. It was easy to install, and the difference in the water was immediately noticeable. It gets about one hour of use a day at a moderate temperature, and it's been used about a month without needing any maintenance so far.
My old shower head has better pressure than this one. I would return it but I used one of the hoses that came with it.

My original shower head was fixed, so I need to buy a handheld one to use with the water softener. At first I was going to buy one on Amazon as I'd have a lot more choices there. However, I found out that shower heads with similar price range don't have very good reviews on Amazon (they look high but if you read the recent reviews they aren't so good). I didn't intend to spend hundreds on a shower head, so instead of taking the risk with Amazon, I decided to try this one instead. After all, this one will at least come with adequate pressure and long enough hoses. I don't know how it compares with the Amazon ones but I loved this one so far. No complaints.

Shower head works good, well made and does not leak any water. I purchased this with the filtering system. I like that soft water care gives you short and long hoses. I use both long hoses and the shower head attchement had no issue with length.
Need better directions setting it up for my shower , now i have to find someone to do it . smh

This shower head that I got along with the soft water system made the installation process so much easier. The mineral build up on my original shower head from the hard water was affecting the water pressure and making it so weak and I had no idea. When you buy the soft water system you should definitely go ahead and add the shower head to your cart. 100% worth every penny.
Great accessory to the water softener kit if you dont already have a handheld shower fitting. I only use the broadest of the settings because the higher pressure settings are SUPER high pressure in my shower, but my water pressure was already good to begin with.
