Refund policy
We accept returns within 30 days and offer a 2-year warranty.
To start a return, you can contact us at service@softwatercare.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You can always contact us for any return question at service@softwatercare.com.
Refunds
After receiving your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 1 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 3 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at service@softwatercare.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can quickly resolve the issue.
Warranty
All SoftWaterCare systems are covered by a 2-year limited warranty. If you experience any issues with your system, simply email us at service@softwatercare.com. We’ll assist you step by step—starting with troubleshooting and, if needed, arranging free replacement parts.
