Installation Guide for Shower Water Softener System

- Prepare the filter, the softener, and the short connector hose.
- Use the short hose to connect the filter outlet to the softener inlet.
- Remove your handheld showerhead.
- Connect your existing shower hose to the filter inlet.
- Take the shower hose from the kit and connect it to the softener outlet.
- Turn both vertical valves on the softener to the open position.
- Turn on the shower and let the water run for about 3 minutes to flush out any small particles from the new softener.
- Attach the other end of that hose to the showerhead.
- Your shower softener system is now installed. Enjoy your soft-water shower!
If you’re using a wall-mounted showerhead, you’ll need to switch to a handheld showerhead to fit the system.

Yes—as long as you’re using a handheld showerhead.
If you currently have a wall-mounted (fixed) showerhead, you’ll need to switch to a handheld one.

Yes. Our system uses a standard 1/2" (G1/2) connector, which is compatible with most showers worldwide.
No special tools or adapters are required.

Leaks are rare but easy to fix. Here’s how to troubleshoot common cases:
- Leak at the hose connection: Make sure the rubber O-ring is properly seated. Adjust or replace if needed.
- Leak at the ACF filter cap: Use the included filter wrench to tighten the cap securely.
- Leak at the brass elbow joint: Remove it using the brass wrench, apply extra plumber’s tape, then re-tighten.
