So happy with this purchase! I live in an apartment with very hard water. It was easy to install and instantly provided perfectly softened water. My skin has been less dry and my hair was instantly more soft and manageable. Highly recommend.

The hot water takes a bit longer to reach the shower head, yet I enjoy the feel of soft water. I spent quite some time fixing the leak. It would be pleasant to have longer hoses or an option to choose.
Been great so far. Easy set-up. I already need to recharge it because I water is so bad....but it's immediately noticeable, which tells you this thing actually works!

This is simple and easy to install. Does not take up shower space if you put it outside the shower area like I did. They provide you strips to test your water hardness. Before - Mine showed harness of 500ppm which is very hard. After Installation- the hardness was 0ppm which shows the product works perfectly. Water pressure will reduce slightly. Also, there will be some delay between turning on the hot water and getting the hot water due to the extra path the water takes. Overall, this is a great product. Your skin and hair will thank you. I, 100% recommend this product if you live in an apartment and cannot install a whole house water softening system.
Hair is feeling softer is healthier with each wash. Items were packaged excellently & came with spare parts.
The Soft Water Care softening system has been working very well for my roommate and me so far (2 weeks). I love how the system comes with test strips for hardness, pH, chlorine, etc. After two weeks of daily use between me and my roommate, the hardness level is still sitting at ~50ppm (before the system it was ~500ppm). We haven’t recharged the system yet, but we will soon.
The Soft Water Care System handheld shower head and softening system has worked very well for me so far (2 weeks). The shower head has multiple setting with some stronger stream than others, which is nice. The water pressure is great even with the softening system attached.

Where I live is the hardest water of almost any place I’ve ever been in the world and this transformed it instantly into slippery soft nice water.
Noticeable difference with the quality of the water. Our kids have eczema and it helps with their skin. I wish it was easier for the cold water to flush out of the tank so it doesn't take several minutes just to get warm water. Also, it's bulkier then how it was represented in the pictures online and it doesn't really fit on the ledge of the tub like how it was pictured. Overall, it does the job as described. Thank you.
If you live in an apartment with hard water, this is the best system you could hope for at a very reasonable price. This is a dual system with a softener and filter, nothing like it on the market. Just buying a stand-alone filter can cost you the price of this entire unit. There is a learning curve, but it's worth putting in the time if like us, you've been living with the damaging effects of super hard water. We modified the rig somewhat to suit our bathroom layout, but the kit it comes with has everything you need for installation. We had some issues at first, having to regen too often, but thanks to stellar customer service, we were able to resolve the problem. They were responsive and patient, working with us every step of the way to get the system up and running perfectly. We now get about 25 showers per regen. This system works, the proof is in the test strips.
The filter does exactly what it promises — it literally converts hard water into soft water. After installing it, I noticed a dramatic difference in how my hair feels: softer, shinier, and much easier to manage. Love it!

We are very happy and impressed with SoftWaterCare Shower Water Softener System. It arrived a few days after ordering and was packaged oh so carefully. It was easy to set up and install. The video for doing so from the website was very helpful. I appreciate that everything needed was included in the box. I could even add our shower water temperature gauge! Our shower water tests extremely soft. Our hair and skin feels much better these days. We wish we could have found out about this sooner. Thank you for creating this product and making it available in Europe.
It looks good, but I’m not sure if it will rust
My hair was feeling very dry and the color dye was fading really fast, so I thought my water was hard. But when I got the test strips with the softener, it showed that my water was not hard. I decided to still give it a try, and I have to say after a few showers my hair already feels softer, and I like the way it makes my skin feel. So even though my water might have not been considered hard, my skin and hair feels so much better since using this. So I plan on keeping it! I’ll update on how the color stays on my hair and see if it doesn’t lighten as quickly or as much as it was before.

Fits perfectly between the toilet and tub. I had to buy a 10 ft. Hose off Amazon. $15. to connect to the shower head. It’s perfect now.
Great setting trigger for this multi shower head. I leave it mostly so far on the soft low pressure shower and it’s fantastic.

Our water is 26 grains/gallon, more than 3x harder than the national average. I have tried every kind of filter and hard water product without success. For years my hair was stringy, greasy, and totally unmanageable. We buy new faucets and fixtures for the condo every few years to replace the corroded ones. I did not have high hopes for this product, but the difference it made in the texture of my hair and skin was immediate. I felt clean for the first time because my soap actually lathered! My shampoo made bubbles! The soap scum in my tub fell away and it became easier to clean! The change has been drastic, and I did not need test strips to measure the difference. In fact, the day my hair became greasy again, I knew it was time to recharge. The process was simple, but it’s something you have to plan in advance. The recharge brought the system up to 100% again. My husband and I take short showers, and we have to recharge every 2 weeks. It is worth the time and effort. The unit does not take up a large footprint and is easy to conceal. We bought a metal hose extension for our shower handle for aesthetics, and I didn’t really notice any change in pressure. The unit takes a full minute to adjust the temperature, so plan accordingly. All in all, it is a well priced option that really works. I can’t believe we have finally found a solution! Thank you!!
Easy set up. Reading the directions took longer than the set up. I’ve had this for about two weeks and so far so good. My dry skin and hair are thanking me. Eventually, I’ll probably route it to the showerhead instead of the handheld shower.
I’m posting this video so you can see the water pressure after going through the filter. Basically there was no change in pressure for me.
Tricky part was that it doesn't warn you anywhere explicitly before getting this setup that it only works with removable shower heads. Had to order a new shower head and wait extra 10 days before using the filter. I think so far it's good, the water does feel softer and easier on my hair, even though it's only been a week. On the test strips the only difference I am seeing between non filtered and the filtered water is the hardness level, it is very high in my house and the filter does completely remove it. All other colors on the strip look the same though - is that how it should be? I think if it does prove to be softening and filtering the water well over time this can be a great setup.

Filter came well packaged and intact, I like that they wrap them so they stay clean. Easy to install into the soft water filters. I appreciate that you get a discount for buying more in bulk.
I have enjoyed the soft water system for apartment living. It is small enough that it fits in all spaces. It has helped my skin breakout less. I will note the customer service is somewhat difficult and inflexible to work with.
