Great setting trigger for this multi shower head. I leave it mostly so far on the soft low pressure shower and it’s fantastic.

Our water is 26 grains/gallon, more than 3x harder than the national average. I have tried every kind of filter and hard water product without success. For years my hair was stringy, greasy, and totally unmanageable. We buy new faucets and fixtures for the condo every few years to replace the corroded ones. I did not have high hopes for this product, but the difference it made in the texture of my hair and skin was immediate. I felt clean for the first time because my soap actually lathered! My shampoo made bubbles! The soap scum in my tub fell away and it became easier to clean! The change has been drastic, and I did not need test strips to measure the difference. In fact, the day my hair became greasy again, I knew it was time to recharge. The process was simple, but it’s something you have to plan in advance. The recharge brought the system up to 100% again. My husband and I take short showers, and we have to recharge every 2 weeks. It is worth the time and effort. The unit does not take up a large footprint and is easy to conceal. We bought a metal hose extension for our shower handle for aesthetics, and I didn’t really notice any change in pressure. The unit takes a full minute to adjust the temperature, so plan accordingly. All in all, it is a well priced option that really works. I can’t believe we have finally found a solution! Thank you!!
Easy set up. Reading the directions took longer than the set up. I’ve had this for about two weeks and so far so good. My dry skin and hair are thanking me. Eventually, I’ll probably route it to the showerhead instead of the handheld shower.
I’m posting this video so you can see the water pressure after going through the filter. Basically there was no change in pressure for me.
Tricky part was that it doesn't warn you anywhere explicitly before getting this setup that it only works with removable shower heads. Had to order a new shower head and wait extra 10 days before using the filter. I think so far it's good, the water does feel softer and easier on my hair, even though it's only been a week. On the test strips the only difference I am seeing between non filtered and the filtered water is the hardness level, it is very high in my house and the filter does completely remove it. All other colors on the strip look the same though - is that how it should be? I think if it does prove to be softening and filtering the water well over time this can be a great setup.

Filter came well packaged and intact, I like that they wrap them so they stay clean. Easy to install into the soft water filters. I appreciate that you get a discount for buying more in bulk.
I have enjoyed the soft water system for apartment living. It is small enough that it fits in all spaces. It has helped my skin breakout less. I will note the customer service is somewhat difficult and inflexible to work with.

This system is good. it’s better than the ShowerStick because you don’t have to constantly recharge it. I can feel the difference in the water, and the equipment seems robust. everything you need was included. There are two downsides to this system: 1. it’s big. however, if you look at my photos, I came up with a solution that looks pretty good and wasn’t difficult to do. 2. hot water lag time. there is a lot of water in the resin tank, so it takes a bit to heat it up for your shower. you have to be careful that you don’t get it too hot or cold. this is just a trade off you must make if you want actually soft water with a point-of-use system. I had to buy different hoses for my specific installation strategy, but that’s not really a downside. so, if you’re the kind of person who isn’t afraid to do a bit of DIY and maintenance, and you want soft water, this is the correct choice.
This shower water softener has been an absolute game changer for both my hair and my skin. I live in San Diego, where the water is extremely hard, and I noticed a difference almost immediately. Before using it, my hair always felt dry and tangled after washing. easy to install!
af first use the system works great, needed to do recharge the system and the water pump provide was defective upon use (will be reaching out to see if it could be replaced). overall, its as advertise, system does soften our shower.
It really helped with my skin and hair! I’ve noticed a difference. My body is also much softer now. I take care of myself already (lotions , good shampoos, etc.) but this really ties it all together. If you can, do it! Not looking forward to letting it charge or whatever lol but I do really like it. 2 negatives are the space it’ll take in your shower and it looks a little intimidating to set up. Overall would recommend

Filter works great
I’m a student living in a rental, and the water here was horrifically hard. The water heater likely hasn’t been replaced in decades, and here in North Dakota, the water can already be very hard. My skin felt extremely dry, and a lot of soap scum was building up in the shower. I wanted a water softener that could actually work well under these conditions, and I was not disappointed with this purchase. The water has felt softer and cleaner for months, my skin feels and looks better, and the recharges are effective, lasting a couple of weeks depending on usage. I highly recommend this for people in a similar situation. Was very worth it for me.
At first I was skeptical, as other products claim to to soften water. However, after trying it, I noticed that the water is a lot softer (I live in Central Texas and the tap water is very hard). I would also recommend this company as the customer service is very responsive.

We were very impressed with everyhting! Since the first shower the water quality and feeling after was night and day. We should have purchased this years ago. The setup was so simple and they provide everything and more than you’ll need to get started and to regen the system. The water test strips are also an added bonus that lets you keep track of the state of your water and when you need to regen. We didn’t have space in the shower but the extended hose they provide let us easily place it next to the tub so we still have %100 of the space in the shower. I’ve already told all my neighbors in my apartment complex about it and will continue to! Lastly the customer service has been one of the best I’ve experienced. Our original shipment got lost by the carrier and they immediately shipped another one out. 10/10 for the product and the experience! Thank you so much.

Its been a great experience with the water softner. Exactly what I was looking for as I cannot install the traditional water softner system in my house because of the way the pipes are laid out. If the whole recharging system with the pump is the part of the tank cap then it would have been a perfect solution.

This is the 2nd replacement filter I have used. I have also charged the system around 30 times now and still going strong. As long as you run the pump in fresh water immediately afterwards, it lives (otherwise it fails and I've bought new pumps). Also, as others have mentioned, you need to run the water longer for it to warm up. I'm very happy with this system and recommend it for those who can't/don't want a full house system.

I feel like the charge doesn’t last long - like 1, maybe 2 weeks (probably because we use a lot of water between 5 shower-loving females), but I’m getting used to the recharge routine. As long as I plan ahead, it’s not too bad. I use soft water pellets, but might start using fine salt (of course, non-iodized and not sea salt) because dissolving the pellets is the most annoying part. I set up a mini table outside the tub and put a silicone lipped mat under the set-up so any possible leaks will drain into the tub so it doesn’t have to sit in my tub. Picture shows the recharge. I have to tie the poor things tubes up so they don’t kink😆. I’m wondering if that’s part of why peoples pumps burn out quickly? Overall I’m grateful for the solution to hard water in a rental.

The set up was super easy! Took us about 15 minutes following the online instructions (with Youtube video). We tested the water and can confirm it's very soft / feel the slipperiness

The water is definitely softer and smoother when taking a shower. Also, I notice that my bath is much cleaner even after several weeks. I haven't recharged it yet since it is not yet a month. So far so good.

This water pressure is amazing!!!! I literally have to turn my water facet down or the pressure will be too strong. I ordered black and they sent me silver. I never reached out to ask for the right color but that was annoying
